  • Lead Teacher for ‘The Albert Annex – A Centre for Lifelong Learning’ a Mary Rose provision for students who require a highly personalised approach to community based learning
  • Lead for Communication (PECS, Makaton, Intensive Interaction)

  • Observations and feedback to teachers through lesson observations and learning walks linked to the Ofsted Inspection Framework

  • Modelling best practice for staff, parents and multi-agency teams
  • Supporting staff to create and implement positive behaviour plans and low arousal approaches

  • Writing and delivering a CPD programme ‘It’s OK to do things differently!’ a course for parents, support assistants, parents and professionals designed to raise awareness of autism and successful approaches
