  • Introduction and development of the new Science curriculum in line with the mastery approach

  • Creation of progression documents both for working scientifically and the knowledge and conceptual understanding aspects of Science

  • Creation of Science assessment and tracking documents

  • Embedded awe and wonder in the Science curriculum which have created memorable experiences for children

  • Work sampling and lesson visits

  • Part of a research product in the development of learning behaviours across the key stage (resilience, thinking and reflectiveness)

  • Mentored RQTs and new members of staff
