  • Leading INSET, cluster meetings, workshops and conference workshops for teachers
  • Supporting and working with parents to help raise attainment of individual children
  • Raising expectation and attainment of musical ability in children
  • Directing choirs and writing & directing musical performances
  • Extending children’s higher order thinking skills through embedding P4C as an intrinsic part of the curriculum
  • Maintaining high standards of achievement in reading, especially amongst boys and disadvantaged children
  • Initiating Boys’ and Girls’ Reading Clubs to raise attainment and close gaps in reading
